Where your data lives
Your coaching data — engagements, sessions, goals, reflections, assessments and messages — is stored in a dedicated Neon PostgreSQL database in AWS eu-west-2 (London, UK). It is encrypted in transit and at rest by the database provider.
Files you upload, such as resources and branding assets, are stored on Vercel's file storage in London, United Kingdom.
AI and your data
AI features — session preparation, notes drafting, narratives and help chat — are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Inputs sent to the API are not used to train Anthropic's models.
Workspaces can bring their own Anthropic API key, so AI requests run under their own account rather than ours. Workspace admins can set this up under Settings → AI.
