Single-use, expiring URLs for intake, assessments, worksheets, session feedback, Johari peers and sponsor comments. The recipient sees the task and nothing else.

Walkthrough

A portal link is a credential for one job. Priyanka completes intake before she has a login. A sponsor rates a sitting without joining Harbourlight. Used and expired are both finished states.

  1. 1 · Mint a link

    Choose the resource type and an expiry: 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days. Each link is its own URL. There is no workspace-wide magic token.

    • Intake links are also created when you attach an intake form to a new engagement.
    • Copy it into the email you were going to send anyway.

  2. 2 · What they see

    The form or activity. Not the practice dashboard, not other clients, not a marketing page. Submit once. Confirmation. Stop.

    • If they need a second try, mint a new link. Do not extend a used one.
    • Expired and used are clear. Do not make the recipient guess.

  3. 3 · It lands on the engagement

    Responses attach to the right record. The coach does not re-key a PDF.

    • This is the difference between a Typeform and a coaching workspace.
    • Settings is the current home for the list. Inviting from the client overview is the product follow-up.

A line manager has one job: say something useful once. An account is a reason not to.

A year-old intake link is a security hole and a stale story. Short life, one use.

A portal that opens the whole product is a login page. This is the opposite.
